Vetere, P.E., L.S.P., and Christopher R. Blackburn, provides
Geotechnical and Environmental Engineering and Consulting Services to both
the public and private sectors. Frank S. Vetere is a Registered
Professional Engineer, Licensed Site Professional, Licensed Environmental
Professional, and Certified Professional with over 32 years of experience in
environmental and geotechnical consulting engineering and site
investigations. Christopher R. Blackburn provides over 25 years of
experience in marketing, programming and managing environmental, civil, and
geotechnical engineering projects. Gemini Geotechnical Associates combines a unique personal approach to client relations and project management while providing our clients with the highest levels of technical expertise, cost effectiveness, and responsiveness. We have recognized that we must approach each project with a clear and realistic understanding of our client's needs and resources. Through the utilization of innovative and practical problem solving skills, we are able to develop and design logical and affordable engineering solutions to geotechnical and environmental problems.
Gemini Geotechnical Associates is a corporation and registered professional engineering firm with its corporate office located in North Hampton, NH and regional offices located in Waltham, MA and Orlando, FL. In addition to our extensive experience throughout New England, the Midwest, and the Southeast, we have provided for our client’s requirements nationwide, including sites as far west as California and as far south as the U.
